I decided to visit this place because of the excellent image they project on their social media, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the customer service was poor; the staff lacked basic courtesy and didn't even greet you upon entering. The wait was excessive: it took over an hour and a half to serve a single dish, and the food was quite ordinary and unremarkable. Additionally, the facilities were uncomfortable; the atmosphere was extremely hot, the bathrooms were dirty, and to top it all off, they didn't have a card reader. Unfortunately, the digital marketing doesn't reflect the reality of the service at all.

I went to this fish restaurant because it was recommended to me, and I was curious. The place is nice, although not very big, but it feels comfortable. I ordered fried fish with coconut rice and plantain chips. The food was generally good, well-seasoned and flavorful; you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The only downside was the long wait for the food. It seemed like they were a bit busy or disorganized that day because it took longer than usual. However, when it finally arrived, everything was hot and nicely presented, so it somewhat made up for the wait.
